
Effective July 26, 2006, Financial Institutions are required to obtain certification of compliance with the revised IOLTA Guidelines approved by the Supreme Judicial Court for interest rate comparability. All financial institutions that wish to remain eligible depositories of IOLTA funds must complete the certification forms available from the IOLTA Committee.
