IOLTA Guidelines
The Supreme Judicial Court revised the interest rate comparability provisions of the IOLTA Guidelines effective July 26, 2006. Effective January 1, 2007, attorneys must insure their IOLTA accounts are maintained at financial institutions that have been certified by the Committee to be in compliance with the revised Guidelines.
Please visit our List of Approved IOLTA Depositories to insure your accounts are maintained at an eligible institution.
