The Massachusetts Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA) Committee continues its work to maximize revenue, including by working with financial institutions to ensure the best possible interest rates for IOLTA deposits and by streamlining the process to collect undistributable IOLTA funds under the recent amendments to Rule of Professional Conduct 1.15.
